Terms and Conditions

Membership plans do not include emergency services or hospitalization.
Each membership includes 1 specialized consultation or support therapy per month. Additional consultations can be scheduled at preferential rates.
Visits have a service fee between $10,000 and $20,000, depending on the service type and modality.
Prices are per person, except for the Family 2x1 Plan, which includes 2 users with a single membership.
Memberships are voluntary affiliations and do not replace health insurance or EPS.
Access to services is subject to geographical coverage and availability.
Scheduling in-person, teleconsultation, or home visits requires prior appointment.
The 25% discounts apply exclusively to base rates of services not included in each plan.
